About the Role 

As a sales consultant, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of Tulfa’s monetization routes. You will also ensure that personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development, and sales skills.   

What You’ll Do 

  • Identifying potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue. 
  • Consulting with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide content strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Tulfa’s services. 
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. 
  • Ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals; experience in closing larger deals is a plus. 
  • Exhibits a propensity for generating leads through online research. 
  • Prospect and develop relationships with key decision makers to obtain influence in target accounts. 
  • Combine sales training knowledge with a consultative approach to educate prospects and drive value for Tulfa services. 
  • Develop an understanding of the content industry, including Tulfa process, technology, and software capabilities. 
  • Onboard new clients effectively through the internal onboarding process. 
  • Utilize Salesforce.com tools to maximize efficiency and review key sales metrics. 
  • Consistent execution of Tulfa’s internal sales methodology. 
  • Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools and management processes, such as correct use of contracts and following the booking process. 
  • Deliver high-quality presentation to C-level executives in Tulfa’s format. 
  • Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. 
  • Maintaining competitive knowledge & focus. 

Prerequisites 

  • A Sales Professional with at least 2-4 years of B2B consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success. 
  • Proven track record of success and ability to win deals with new and existing clients. 
  • Innovative thinker and problem solver. 
  • Demonstrates an ambitious mindset focused on growth and sustained success. 
  • Receptive to coaching and willing to acquire and cultivate new sales techniques. 
  • Displays resilience and persistence, and able to cope with rejection. 
  • Thrives as both an individual and a member of a team. 
  • Exceptional organization and time management capabilities. 
  • Proficient with CRMs, Apple and Windows software, MS Office, Excel and Gmail. 
  • Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen. 
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful and strategic insight into their business. 
  • Experience in selling IT, staffing/recruiting, content, or professional services solutions. 
  • An independent and thoughtful sales professional with exceedingly developed sales and negotiation skills. 
  • An overachieving sales professional who can confidently articulate and quantify previous successes. 
  • A resolute sales professional who is driven by succeeding in challenging and complex sales opportunities. 
  • A purposeful sales professional who has an established sales process and is coachable to build upon previous success using Tulfa’s best practices. 
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills. 
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations via the telephone with contract decision makers (C-level).
