About the Role 

The Director – Customer Success role is responsible for managing a territory and selling Tulfa’s content services to C level Executives and their direct reports. In this role you will prospect for and close 100% Net New Business and then transition closed business to Tulfa’s Account Management teams to ensure retention of the relationship. Act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives and focus purely on establishing new business relationships with non-client organizations within an assigned prospecting territory. 

As a Director – Customer Success, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of Tulfa’s monetization routes. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you. Your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new Customer Success and sales skills.

What you will do? 

  • Identifying potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue 
  • Consulting with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide content strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Tulfa’s services 
  • Consistent execution of Tulfa’s internal sales methodology 
  • Quota Achievement in retaining and growing Total Sales Bookings (TSB) to ensure Net revenue growth for given portfolio of events and/or clients 
  • Timely and accurate revenue forecasting, ability to accurately forecast 30/60/90 days out (+/- 5% accuracy) 
  • Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools and management process, such as correct use of contracts and following the booking process 
  • Delivering high quality presentation to C level executives in the Tulfa format. 
  • Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis 
  • Maintaining competitive knowledge & focus 
  • Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, evaluate benefits of association with prospects 
  • Manage end to end partner relations including pitching and negotiation 
  • Brainstorm and ideate creative marketing ideas to increase product adoption & awareness 
  • Planning and rolling out marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences 
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing and stay up-to-date with digital technologies and developments 
  •  Generate and analyze campaign reports, followed by suggesting solutions to boost sales and partners 

Requisites 

  • 6 – 8 years of consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success 
  • Proven ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide marketing decision support to global organizations in achieving their business goals 6+ years external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with evidence of prior success in Sales 
  • Knowledge of the issues faced by C-level heads of Sales and Marketing 
  • Good understanding of business buying centers 
  • Solid industry specific and account knowledge 
  • Ability to travel to conferences, client meetings, competitive conferences  
  • Solid business acumen and industry expertise  
  • Timely and accurate revenue forecasting, ability to accurately forecast 30/60/90 days out (+/- 5% accuracy) 
  • Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen 
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business 
  • Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred 
  • An independent and thoughtful sales professional with exceedingly developed sales and negotiation skills 
  • An overachieving sales professional who can confidently articulate and quantify previous successes 
  • A resolute sales professional who is driven by succeeding in challenging and complex sales opportunities 
  • A purposeful sales professional who has an established sales process and is coachable to build upon previous success using Tulfa’s best practices 
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills 
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations via the telephone with contract decision makers (c-level)
