We are seeking a merchandise handling specialist to check in and track products through the production process. Products are unpacked, cleaned and prepped for capture to meet specific client specific requirements. Products are managed and prepped to provide for maximum photography production and efficiency. photographer to lead our in-studio shoots for e-commerce assets. We believe the world is not flat and we are passionate to prove it! Key Responsibilities:
- The Photography Assistant assists and supports all levels of Photographers with photo shoot production needs pre- and post-shoot (laying floors, obtaining necessary equipment, organizing props).
- Distribute merchandise to photographers in an efficient manner. Products are managed and prepped to provide for maximum photography production and efficiency.
- Under direct supervision from our lead photographer, create photographic images during events as assigned.
- Download and process digital images from event projects; create event galleries and pictures for print and publication.
- Organize digital image files placed on a shared server and maintain digital image archives
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Checking, prepare and track products for image capture.
- Identify potential issues during check in.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all products.
- Tracking return dates of each order and returning them to the customer.
- Process, repack and arrange for product return in the condition received.
- Address customer questions or issues regarding returns or issues with the product.
- Organize, manage and maintain the common area for product storage in a neat and orderly fashion for multiple clients.
- Coordinate and manage the relationships with shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to send and receive the products to and from client location.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, prepare and track products for image capture.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all products in the Tulfa studio.
- Organize, manage and maintain the common area for product storage in a neat and orderly fashion for multiple clients.
- Distribute merchandise to photographers in an efficient manner.
- Identify potential product issues during check in and notify Merchandise Manager immediately.
- Post image capture products will need to be checked out of our system, repacked with care and the return shipment arranged.
- Coordination of timely shipping and delivery of all merchandise, identifying priority items as needed.
- Meet or exceed assigned task productivity rates.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to set up and shoot accessories on tabletop tent and mannequins.
- Must be able to train quickly, follow procedure and exhibit the task management skills necessary to meet or exceed productivity requirements.
- Strict attention to detail with a high level of organizational skills.
- Very comfortable with technology and willing to learn new technology.
- Proficient with MS Office applications using a Mac or PC operating system.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility in work schedule based on client needs.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks.
- Past spin photography experience is a plus.
- Able to shoot in a variety of environments while accepting direction and constructive feedback from customers and team members.
- Flexibility with work hours based on demand.
- Great communicator with excellent ability to form strong and ever-growing relationships with customer and team members.
- Organized and can manage multiple projects.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications within a Mac or PC operating system.
- Keenness to ask questions, do research and understand the Product and target audience.
- Able to work under pressure with fast turnaround times.

Physical Demands:
You will be both seated and standing while performing the duties of the position and will frequently use hands for typing and utilizing a mouse on the computer, moving product on and off set and various miscellaneous tasks. The employee will walk, stand and bend regularly and must frequently talk and hear. Weights up to 70 pounds are occasionally lifted.
