Responsibilities:  

• Iterate designs based on deep understanding of user needs, product manager input, user feedback, and business needs 
• Design and communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process that clearly illustrate how mobile applications/sites function and look 
• Design and maintain UI design library 

• Contribute design for both web and mobile platforms 
• Participate in workshop sessions 
• Collaborate with Content and Marketing Team on various projects and strategies  

Qualifications and Skills 
 

• BS degree is User Experience Design, Visual Design, Web Design or equivalent 
• 4 years of experience developing mobile/web user interfaces within established design systems and brand guidelines 
• Knowledge of responsive web design and UX wireframing 
• Proficient in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator  
• Portfolio for review  

• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and problem-solve while working in a fast-paced environment.  
• Communication skills – written and verbal 
• Experience in Graphic Design is a plus.  
• Great team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment. 
• Possess a “can-do” attitude, ready to roll-up sleeves and participate at all levels. 

• Ability to work well in a high-pressure deadline driven environment.
